My bridal journey began back in 2013, when a friend who worked at a luxury hair salon in Derby asked me to do the makeup for one of her clients who was getting married. She loved how naturally radiant she felt, and soon she was recommending me to every bride who sat in her chair.
What started as a few weddings quickly grew through word of mouth, and I found myself falling completely in love with the bridal world.
As Instagram began to grow, so did my business. Brides were naturally drawn to my soft, understated makeup style — the kind of look that enhances your features without ever feeling heavy. As I invested in a luxury kit and refined my craft, everything aligned beautifully.
Three years ago, I took the leap and became a full-time bridal makeup artist… and now I’m honoured to be fully booked each year, creating looks for around 90 brides annually. It still feels incredibly special to be invited into such intimate, cherished moments on a wedding morning.
