TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Please ensure that you have read and understood the terms and conditions below. This document forms part of the agreement for wedding makeup between you and Lauren. You are required to email Lauren at makeupbylaurenvictoria@gmail.com and date the booking confirming your agreement to these terms and conditions. By sending an email with your full name you are signing your consent for the following.
Please read the Terms & Conditions below before confirming your booking. By replying to your
booking email with your full name, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these
terms, forming a contract for wedding makeup services with Makeup by Lauren Victoria.

1. The Trial
A mutually convenient time will be arranged for your bridal trial. Trials take place Wednesday to
Friday at my home studio. During quieter months, occasional weekend availability may be offered.
If a trial date needs to be changed, every effort will be made to offer an alternative. Once you are
happy with your makeup, a detailed record of all products used will be kept for reference. Payment
for the bridal trial (£100) is taken on the day of the appointment.

2. Additional Trials
Additional trials for mums, bridesmaids, or members of the bridal party can be arranged upon
request. Additional trials are £60 each, payable on the day. They are held at my home studio.
Availability may be limited.

3. The Booking
Your wedding date is only secured when a £100 non-refundable booking fee has been received and
you have confirmed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Application of Makeup Products
You must notify me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before makeup application.
This applies to all recipients. I may refuse application if a condition poses a hygiene or safety
concern. I am not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed sensitivities.

5. Payments
£100 non-refundable booking fee due at booking. Bridal trial: £100. Additional trials: £60.
Remaining balance due 4 weeks before the wedding day.

6. Cancellations (by the Client)
The booking fee is non-refundable. If cancelling within 12 weeks of the wedding date, the full
remaining balance is due. Date changes require a new booking fee. If moved within 12 weeks, the
original balance may still be owed.

7. Cancellations (by Makeup by Lauren Victoria)
If I am unable to attend due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, I will
attempt to arrange a replacement. If unsuccessful, a refund of all payments minus completed trials
will be issued.
8. Force Majeure
I am not responsible for cancellations caused by events outside my control. Clients are advised to
obtain wedding insurance.

9. Timings
A wedding morning schedule will be agreed at the trial. Delays caused by the bridal party may incur
a £10 per 30-minute late fee.

10. Change of Location Fee
If makeup must continue at more than one location, a £50 location change fee plus travel costs
applies.

11. Travel & Mileage
Mileage is charged at 50p per mile each way for both the trial and the wedding day.

12. Photography & Marketing
Photos may be taken at your trial and on the wedding day for portfolio use unless you request
otherwise in writing.

13. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the cost of contracted services. I am not responsible for issues arising from
incorrect information, undisclosed allergies, or events outside my control.

14. Agreement
By replying to your booking email with your full name, you confirm that you have read, understood,
and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

I have read, understood and am in full agreement with the terms and conditions set out by Makeup by Lauren Victoria It is my full responsibility to make sure that all members of my bridal party abide by the terms and conditions contained in this document.
If you require a printout, please let me know; otherwise an email with your conformation of consent is sufficient.
